Company Profile
- Richard E. Pinkerton, P.C. is a Houston area financial and
consulting services firm, evolved from twenty-seven years of public accounting
experience of Richard E. Pinkerton. Our goal is to establish a long term
relationship with you by providing competent and dependable service.
We provide individuals, closely held corporations, partnerships, estates and
trusts with financial, tax and consulting services that have a positive impact on long-term growth.

- Our clients are businesses, individuals, estates and
trusts. They range in size from quite small to those in the
multi-million dollar range. The businesses include proprietorships, partnerships and
corporations from a broad scope of industries. Our individual clients
include business owners and managers, professionals and investors. Our
work with estates and trusts includes both planning and compliance. We limit our practice to those clients we can properly serve.

network with other professionals who have expertise and experience that
we can rely on in providing services to our clients. This allows us to
achieve growth without sacrificing our standards for client service.

- The firm's practice areas are evenly divided between:(1) traditional services, including financial reporting, and tax planning and
return preparation (2) consulting support services, including
business valuations, business start-ups, succession planning, and other
analytical and investigative services.

- We are members of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (AICPA). Our system of quality control for our accounting
and auditing practice is reviewed every three years. You may ask us or
the AICPA for a copy of this independent report.
